Technicians

Cindy, CVT and Inventory Manager

Cindy graduated from Johnson College in 1999 and began working as a Certified Veterinary Technician shortly after that. After many years of dedication to her profession, she was named Veterinary Technician of the Year in 2013 by the Pennsylvania Veterinary Medical Association. When she is not at work, or rocking out to her favorite band Bon Jovi, Cindy loves to run. She succeeded in completing a half marathon and eventually would like to accomplish her goal of completing a full marathon someday. She also enjoys gardening with her boys Dominick and Thomas. Cindy is married, owns a dog named Misty and a cat named Patrick. 

 

Kara

Kara graduated from the Veterinary Technology program at Harcum College in 2011. She had 3 years of experience before joining the team in White Haven in March of 2012. She lives in Danville with her chocolate lab, Abby, tuxedo cat, Charlie, and orange tabby, Tig. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her animals, family, and friends, watching TV/movies, snowmobiling, mud bogs, and line dancing. 


Jenn, CVT

Jenn graduated from Johnson College and earned the title of Certified Veterinary Technician in 2008. She has worked as a CVT in the Hazleton area for years and joined our White Haven family, July 2015. When Jenn is not working she loves time spent with her husband, daughter, 2 cats, and dog. Some of her hobbies include reading, music, furthering her education, and teaching her daughter her 123's and abc's. 

Lauren, CVT

Lauren is a Certified Veterinary Technician who graduated from Johnson College Veterinary Technology program and began working at White Haven Veterinary Hospital May of 2016. She enjoys camping, country concerts, and hanging out with her friends. Lauren grew in the the state of New York and now living in Scranton. She currently has one cat named Nitro and two dogs named, Bullet and Lola. 

Amber M

Amber joined our White Haven Veterinary Hospital family May 2018. She came to us with a bachelor's degree in animal science from Delaware Valley College and a year of experience from Johnson College Veterinary Technology program. Amber began working as a veterinary technician in 2016. She currently has two Australian Cattle dogs named Hank and Dalis and a horse that she has had since 2009 named Emmy. Some of Amber's hobbies include riding her horse, running, and hiking.

Alex

Alex has been part of the White Haven team since she became a kennel attendant in 2016. She worked when she was not at Delaware Valley University obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Small Animal Science. Alex is hoping to be accepted into a Veterinary School in the near future to continue her education to become a Veterinarian. While in between schooling she is one of our veterinary assistants and still helping in the kennels. Alex has a passion for animal behavior. She enjoys reading and hiking along side her pitbull mix named Minnie. 

Client Service Representatives

Amber

Amber joined the White Haven family January of 2017.  Amber grew up in Berskshire Hill's of Massachsetts on a farm, which is where her love of animals began!  Amber has been in the veterinary field since 1999.  Amber enjoys going to concerts/music festivals, Photography of nature and gardening. Amber shares her home with her dog Jackson, her kitty's Duncan, Daisy, Ella, Boots and Lil and a big tank full of fish.

 

Chrissy

Chrissy joined our team October of 2017 after years of being a client herself. She brings with her 30 years of Customer Service and Accounting experience. Chrissy lives in White Haven with her husband Rob. She has 6 grandchildren and 1 granddog. Chrissy's "apple of her eye" is her cockapoo named Daphne.

 

Patty

Patty has been a Client Services Representative at White Haven Veterinary Hospital since 2012. When she is not at work, Patty enjoys bird watching, and spending time with her husband, her dog, Haley and cats Jazz and Linus.

 

Willow

Willow joined the White Haven Veterinary Hospital family in July of 2018. She came to us with over 12 years of experience working in the veterinary field. When Willow isn't running around the veterinary office she is running at home. She has completed 2 marathons so far and has participated in multiple half marathons. Willow has 8 fur kids at home; five cats named Sniffles, Miley, Layla, Scarlet, and Evie; one pug named Phoebe; one labrador retriever named Comet.
